Everyone should have their own bar. Ours is honest and fully loaded, open to guests 24/7. It is snug and old skool cool - think Cornish distilled gin, whiskey and cider brandy. Devon rum and Dorset milk vodka, next door’s award winning wine, Devon brewed lager, ale and cider and a small but well considered list of Bio-dynamic wines

Marco Polo
A lovely fruity, delicious light summer red. Harvested by hand, whole bunch fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Very happy to have found this easy drinking red from the Loire using the Grolleau grape.

A rich, intense blend of Merlot and Malbec. Dark fruits, blackcurrant and tannins that have softened in time, aged for 7 years, this wine is now in the perfect drinking window.

Swanaford Estate White
The neighbours white is a crisp, fresh and fruity wine, that is aromatic and dry. Made from a blend of Siegerrebe and Schonberger grapes, it has hints of lychee, passion fruit and peaches and is an excellent wine to drink with seafood, lightly spiced dished or on its own. Best served chilled.

Swanaford Cuvee
A classic dry sparkling wine with fresh, fruity elegance. Crunchy green apples on the palette, brioche and toasted oats on the nose. This is the work of our talented neighbours. It’s the perfect aperitif. Their first vintage. It is fresh and youthful and we look forward to tasting its evolution over the years to come.

A small Cornish Distillery based in Penzance, who clearly know and love their spirits.
Caspyn Cornish dry gin
A classic dry gin, with loads of floral (hibiscus flowers) and citrus notes (lemon and orange peel, lemon grass, lemon verbena), a freshness (Japanese tea), length and long sherbety finish (gorse and orris).
Cornish cider brandy
Only 400 bottles are produced in each production run making each one unique.
Hells Stone whiskey
Honeyed grains with a slight hint of caramel. Fresh and smooth on the palate with vanilla and almond undertones and a very slight hint of marzipan. Lingering notes of vanilla. A very smooth and tasty dram with an upfront flavour profile.
Hattiers rum
Unparalleled quality and leaders in sustainable spirits. Based out of the beautiful seaside town of Dartmouth.
Black Cow vodka
Vodka made from grass-grazed cow’s milk. This unique process of using milk as there only source ingredient is what makes Black Cow so exceptionally smooth.
