The sauna fits 8 people so if you've got 7 friends lined up to join, or if you're just craving a sweat in total peace, this is the session for you!

This is the only session under-16s are allowed to join.

• A clean body

• Two towels. One for sitting in the sauna, one for drying off afterwards.

• Swimwear to wear in the sauna.

• Footwear (water/beach shoes are best) for when you’re outside the sauna.

• Plenty of water (we recommend at least one litre per person).
